Stockport’s finest indie band Blossoms have announced a huge UK tour this winter, including two home town shows in Manchester.

The band recently released their fourth studio album earlier this year and played a stand out performance at Glastonbury Festival.

Ahead of the winter shows in Manchester, here’s what you need to know about the band and how to get tickets to the O2 Apollo.

Blossoms are due to play two dates at the O2 Apollo in Manchester, on 8 and 9 December.

When are pressale tickets on sale?

Presale tickets for the O2 Apollo Manchester will be available from 9am on Wednesday, 3 August.

Tickets will be £40.15 for both seating and standing, and this cost includes admin fees.

When are tickets on general sale?

Tickets for all of Blossoms shows in November and December go on general sale at 9am on Friday, 5 August 2022.

What is the possible Blossoms setlist for the tour?

Blossoms have been busy this summer, making appearances at festivals across the UK including Truck Fest and Glastonbury.

The tour is for the bands latest album, so there will be plenty of tracks from ‘Ribbon Around The Bomb’.

Who are Blossoms?

Blossoms are an indie rock band who are originally from Stockport in Greater Manchester. The band consists of Tom Ogden (lead vocals, guitar), Charlie Salt (bass, backing vocals), Josh Dewhurst (lead guitar, percussion), Joe Donovan (drums) and Myles Kellock (keyboards, synthesiser, backing vocals).

They have four studio albums, with the first being a self titled album in 2016 follows bed Cool Like You (2018), Foolish Loving Spaces (2020), and Ribbon Around the Bomb (2022).

The Manchester dates are set to be the last of the 2022 tour which will see the band play 21 shows in just over a month.

The tour gets underway in Bristol on 11 November and Blossoms will play in major cities across the UK including Edinburgh, Cardiff, London, and Birmingham.
