Hide AdAdam Lawrence has called upon the 16-year-old to travel to the Netherlands after he scored his fourth goal of the season for United U18s in their 3-0 victory over Leeds at the weekend. It marks an impressive few days for the teenage scoring prodigy after he also scored his first goal for Denmark U18s over the recent international break.
It remains to be seen what role Obi-Martin will have in the AZ Alkmaar match as United continue to ease him into life at his new club after they fought off serious competition to sign him in the summer. The former Arsenal striker has yet to complete 90 minutes for United U18s this season, but managed 71 minutes in their victory over Leeds.
United have also named first-team debutant Ethan Wheatley in their side to face the Dutch club, while Amir Ibragimov, Jack Fletcher, Reece Munro, Gabriele Biancheri, Jacob Devaney, Jaydan Kamason, Louis Jackson, Habeeb Ogunneye, James Scanlon and Bendito Mantato have also travelled.
