Goalkeeper wanted

United goalkeeper Dean Henderson is on Tottenham Hotspur’s goalkeeping shortlist ahead of the summer transfer window, as detailed in a report by Football London. The stopper is currently out on loan at fellow Premier League side Nottingham Forest and is due to return to Old Trafford at the end of this season.

Spurs are eyeing a potential long-term replacement for current number one Hugo Lloris, who is now 36-years-old, and could see the ex-Sheffield United man as an ideal candidate. He is currently behind David de Gea in the pecking order of his parent club.

Striker targeted

United are ‘very interested’ in signing Atalanta striker Rasmus Højlund, according to Tipsbladet. Erik ten Hag’s side aren’t the only team in the frame to land the 20-year-old with other European giants such Juventus, AC Milan, Real Madrid and Napoli.

The ex-FC Copenhagen and Sturm Graz striker has been in decent form so far this term in Serie A and has scored six league goals in 19 games. He is being tipped for a bright future in the game and could be targeted as someone to lead the line in the future.
