Leny Yoro injury latest after missing Ruben Amorim's first match as Manchester United head coach

Leny Yoro has not suffered any fresh setback in his return from injury despite missing Manchester United's draw with Ipswich Town at the weekend.
The 19-year-old returned to first-team training during the recent international break and was in contention to be named on the bench at Portman Road, but was ultimately not risked as the club look to carefully reintegrate him back into action.

Hide AdYoro has been side lined for three months after he fractured his metatarsal during a pre-season clash with Arsenal, meaning he never actually featured for Erik ten Hag, who was in charge when they signed him for £52 million from Lille in the summer.
The French youngster was set to feature for United U21s when they defeated Altrincham a week ago, but was withdrawn from the squad by head coach Ruben Amorim, with one theory that he was being kept fresh for the weekend. United are still hopeful Yoro will return to action in the coming weeks, though they have reiterated that their focus is on gradually easing Yoro back to match fitness so they do not suffer any further setbacks.
Yoro will continue to train with the United first-team squad this week and could be named on the bench when Amorim takes charge of his first home match against Bodo/Glimt in the Europa League on Thursday night. He could even earn his first competitive start against when they host Everton.
