Manchester United make Chido Obi call as squad members vs Ipswich confirmed
Chido Obi has been included in the Manchester United match day squad for their clash with Ipswich Town in the Premier League tonight. United are back in action when they host The Tractor Boys at Old Trafford and will need an improvement from their weekend draw against Everton if they are to return to winning ways.
Ruben Amorim said he did not expect to have any injured players back for the Ipswich clash and it looks to be the case after several members of the first-team squad were spotted arriving at the stadium on Wednesday afternoon.

Chido Obi in the Manchester United squad
Chido Obi was pictured arriving at Old Trafford with the rest of the Manchester United first-team squad and is set to be named on the bench against Ipswich Town tonight. The 17-year-old debuted in the dying seconds of the defeat to Tottenham Hotspur earlier in the month and featured again as they came from behind to draw with Everton on Saturday lunchtime.
Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee are ahead of the teenage striker in the pecking order but it would not be a surprise if Obi got more game time amid their ongoing issues in attack.
There was some good news for United ahead of kick-off, with Noussair Mazraoui pictured in the squad after his injury scare against Everton. Mazraoui took a knock in the early moments of the match and was able to carry on after he received treatment on the pitch but later signalled to be replaced in the 70th minute of the match with discomfort in his right knee. Amorim initially planned to replace Matthijs de Ligt with Leny Yoro but was forced to change his plans and take the former Bayern Munich star off instead.
