United have a number of areas they need to strengthen, and they also have key players to replace following a number of exits this summer.

The likes of Paul Pogba, Nemanja Matic and Jesse Lingard all left the club for nothing this summer, and Erik ten Hag will need to plug those gaps.

With that in mind, we have rounded up all the latest transfer news and rumours surrounding Old Trafford.

According to The Athletic, United have ‘accepted’ that Ronaldo will leave this summer, and Chelsea are willing to offer £14million to secure his arrival.

Blues owner Todd Boehly is said to have met with Ronaldo’s agent Jorge Mendes in Portugal in a bid to work out a deal.

Martinez boost

United are said to have outbid Arsenal in the race to sign Ajax star Lisandro Martinez, bidding £38.4million.

According to De Telegraaf, that offer is above what Arsenal have proposed, and Martinez is now insisting that Ajax allow him to leave this summer.

The centre-back is said to be hoping Ajax are realistic in what they ask for, hoping they ask for no less than £42.9million.

Antony issue

The Red Devils are also said to have made an offer to sign Ajax winger Antony.

According to The Telegraph, United have offered £51million for the Brazilian, but the Dutch side could hold out.

The report claims Antony is worried he will be priced out of a move this summer, with Ajax reportedly hoping to get as much as £70million this summer.

With other areas to address, United may be reluctant to pay that much.
