De Ligt and Mazraoui sign, four sold - Manchester United's 10 defensive options for new season
Manchester United are still looking to sell Victor Lindelof before transfer deadline day after selling Aaron Wan-Bissaka to West Ham United.
Erik ten Hag's side aimed to overhaul their defence in the summer transfer window with three new arrivals and as many departures as they looked to address the problem position from last season.

They will recoup £15m from the sale of Wan-Bissaka to Premier League rivals West Ham, while they also received a guaranteed £5.1m when Benfica activated their option to sign Alvaro Fernandez permanently.
Raphael Varane and Brandon Williams were both released upon expiry of their respective contracts at the start of the summer and academy graduate Willy Kambwala was sold to Villarreal for a €5.5m fixed fee with a potential €6m in performance related add-ons.
United are actively looking to sell Lindelof after agreeing a deal to sign De Ligt, while the club still hold an interest in signing a new left-back, though strengthening in midfield remains their priority. Diogo Dalot and Mazraoui could both provide cover at left-back while Luke Shaw is absent, with Tyrell Malacia still a few months away from returning to first-team action. Harry Amass will also be considered for the first-team but Ten Hag believes he is still a couple of months away being ready to compete in the Premier League.
Yoro, De Ligt, Maguire, Martinez, Evans, Dalot, Mazraoui, Shaw, Malacia, Amass.
