Hide AdManchesterWorld has been informed there are no plans to rearrange the game against Dortmund, although last week Uefa did check that there would be adequate police availability for the fixture.
City began their European campaign with an impressive 4-0 win away to Sevilla last Tuesday, and six points from the first two games would represent a fantastic start to the group while potentially allowing for rotation at a later stage.
That’s especially pertinent given the fixture pile up and the injuries Guardiola has had to deal with.

Nathan Ake
Suffered a groin problem last month against Newcastle United, but recently returned in the 1-1 draw away to Aston Villa.
Aymeric Laporte
Has been pictured back in training after undergoing knee surgery in the summer, although it’s not known whether he has returned to full-contact sessions yet. The defender is not expected to be involved again before the international break.

Kyle Walker
Picked up a knock against Villa and is unlikely to feature against Dortmund. On Walker and Stones, Guardiola said last week: "[They are] injured. John is not much. Kyle is not much too, but I don’t know if he will be ready for Saturday, or Dortmund or Wolves before the international break."
