Police are investigating after a man died following a collision in south Manchester.

GMP were called to Wilbraham Road at 12.30am on Friday (17 March) after a pedestrian was struck by a car. The pedestrian, a 52-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene and the driver, a man in his 20s, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He was later released on bail.
