Tommy Fury has gushed about his first Father’s Day after his girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague and daughter Bambi honoured him on Sunday. The professional boxer, 24, from Manchester, met Molly-Mae on ITV reality show Love Island in 2019 and the couple welcomed their first child, Bambi, on 23 January 2023.

He took to his Instagram Stories to express his gratitude on Monday after spending Father’s Day with his family. Tommy shared a heartwarming snap showing himself smiling at Bambi as they relaxed in their kitchen, which had been filled with blue balloons and lovingly wrapped gifts.

Tommy’s post came after he and Molly-Mae enjoyed a celebratory breakfast and the PLT Creative Director shared a tribute to him on her own Instagram account. Molly-Mae, who boasts almost 8 million followers, shared a family photo that was taken on their recent trip to Barbados.

She can be seen all smiles in a white robe as Tommy lifts their daughter into the air while they enjoy the breathtaking beach. Captioning the post, Molly-Mae wrote: “You’ll have her heart forever. Happy First Fathers Day Bambi’s Dadda ♾🤍”

Over 600,000 people liked the “beautiful” snap with many commenting to wish Tommy a happy Father’s Day. Molly-Mae has spoken candidly about her experience as a first time mum since they welcomed their daughter in January, while Tommy has kept his feelings about being a new dad relatively private with the exception of dedicating his boxing victory over Jake Paul to Bambi back in February.

Molly-Mae previously told her almost 2 million YouTube subscribers that the first four weeks of Bambi’s life was “traumatic”. The influencer had issues with sleeping properly, a severe urine infection and constipation.

Around 10 weeks into breastfeeding, she was forced to switch to bottle feeding due to periods where her milk supply “completely dried up”. Molly-Mae admitted that she was “exhausted” and having a baby was “100% harder than she had imagined.”

The Love Island star most recently admitted to fans that her insecurities have been getting worse and confessed that she doesn’t have the confidence to wear a bikini, despite wanting to embrace her new mum body.

Molly-Mae said: “I just don't ever picture myself putting on a bikini ever again [and feeling confident], I never did in the first place. There's just no way.

“Before I had a baby I didn't feel confident in a bikini, so after having a baby I don't picture myself ever thinking ''I'll slip a bikini on and feel amazing''.

“I want to and I want to come on here and say ''I feel confident and amazing'' but that's not how I'm feeling at the minute.

“So any clothes or outfits that can make me feel a little more confident, covered up and super flattering right now, that is what I'm going for.”
