‘The kids love you so much!’: Helen Flanagan shares sweet Father’s Day tribute to ex Scotty Sinclair

Helen Flanagan shared a sweet tribute to Scott Sinclair on Father’s Day. The former Coronation Street actress, 32, split from her fiancé in October 2022, after a 13-year relationship and three children.

The I’m A Celebrity star took to Instagram on Sunday (June 18) to share a tribute to her own father, before mentioning the father of her children, Bristol Rovers midfielder, Scott Sinclair, 34. She posted an adorable snap of Scott alongside their daughters, Matilda, seven, and Delilah, five, and son, Charlie, two.

In the snap, Scott can be seen with a cheeky grin as he playfully snuggled up to his three children. Helen captioned the snap: "Happy Father’s Day to my dad love you ❤️ and Happy Father’s Day @scotty__sinclair the kids love you so much ❤️”

Fans flooded to the comments section to share their best wishes, with one writing: "They are amazing photos. Love them. Have a great day." Another wrote: "So cute. These men are lucky to have a strong lady like you."

Whilst a third chimed commenting on their likeness, and said: “Oh my goodness, they look sooo much like their dad 😍.”

The actress has previously spoken candidly about her split with Scott, and how they have been focusing on co-parenting. She told The Sun: "I co-parent with Scott. We were together for a long time. So he lives with his mum in Bristol and I live in Manchester with the kids. I get on really well with Scott’s mum.”

She continued: "I was with Scott aged 19-31, so that’s why I get on so well with his mum. So honestly it makes my life so easy, because we hang out together. It’s really nice. It’s pretty drama-free as I get on really well with her.”

"The kids see their dad all the time, they see their nana a lot,” she added. The actress also revealed that the former couple often meet halfway, in Birmingham, so they can all spend time together.

Helen also spoke candidly about mum-guilt and balancing motherhood with work. She explained: "I have a friend that helps me, because obviously I work as well. I work nearly every day so I do have a friend that comes to help me because well, I’m not a superwoman.”
