James announce UK tour including homecoming gig at Manchester's new Co-op Live arena - ticket details

James have become the latest major act to announce a gig at Manchester's new Co-op Live arena.

On the morning Take That tickets go on sale for their five nights at the venue next May, the Manc rockers have confirmed they will also be playing on home soil on June 14 2024.

The show forms part of the venue’s opening season, which currently also welcomes Olivia Rodrigo, Jonas Brothers, Eric Clapton and Keane. Other artists announced for Co-op Live include Niall Horan and Simply Red.

James will be joined by Razorlight for their UK tour next year which coincides with the release of heir 1t7th studio album in April. 

Fans have a chance to access pre-sale tickets for the tour from 9.30am on Wednesday October 4 if they pre-order the new album. Tickets then go on general sale on Friday, October 6 at 9.30am. 

Lead singer Tim Booth said: “Deeply proud to announce that we are touring next year to coincide with the release of a rather wonderful new album that we are mixing this week. The new songs sound belting, and will fit this arena tour. Really looking forward to celebrating with you. Expect a mixture of the expected and unexpected - just like life. Nothing but love.”
