Runners of all ages and abilities took to the streets of Manchester city centre today to complete the Great Manchester Run 10K.
The first wave set off around 11.30am on Sunday (22 May), with everyone from elite athletes to charity fun runners in colourful fancy dress costumes taking part.
The popular event began just a few hours after the Great Manchester Run Half-Marathon saw thousands more athletes pound the streets for the longer route.
And the weather stayed clear for those taking part to enjoy both races.
The easiest way to see how a runner performed is to head to the Great Run website results checker tool here, and enter the runner’s name or race number. You can view the 2022 winners and their times here.
