Turtle Bay is to open a new branch of its colourful Caribbean restaurants in Salford this summer.
The chain, known for its cocktail offers and spicy soul food, is setting up at MediaCity in Salford Quays and is due to open its doors in August.
The new waterside branch will have space for 180 diners and will employ 60 new staff.
Turtle Bay already has two restaurants in Manchester city centre in Oxford Street and the Northern Quarter, which also offer takeaway food.
What’s on the menu?
The restaurants offer all day food, starting with bottomless brunch with unlimited cocktails, prosecco and mocktails over two hours.
It’s also popular for its lengthy happy hours where 2-4-1 cocktails are served from 10am to 7pm daily.
And the beach-themed, shack-style restaurant dishes up reasonably priced soul food including jerk chicken, salted fish, curried goat, buddha bowls and vegan options.
What jobs are available at Turtle Bay?
There are front and back of house roles being recruited for now, from waiters to porters to chefs: see the Turtle Bay website.
