The new waterside branch will have space for 180 diners and will employ 60 new staff.
Turtle Bay already has two restaurants in Manchester city centre in Oxford Street and the Northern Quarter, which also offer takeaway food.
What’s on the menu?
The restaurants offer all day food, starting with bottomless brunch with unlimited cocktails, prosecco and mocktails over two hours.
It’s also popular for its lengthy happy hours where 2-4-1 cocktails are served from 10am to 7pm daily.
