Hide AdIt includes a large covered ice rink, the UK’s longest toboggan slide, a professional ice-skating show within a big top, a Ferris wheel and more than 20 Christmas-themed fairground rides.
There is also a Santa’s grotto - in a lit-up teepee tent - where kids can meet Father Christmas, and a street food area featuring Bavarian-style huts.
Zoe Inman, centre director, said: “Tinsel Town truly is the north’s own winter wonderland; an experience you do not want to miss this Christmas! Combine your visit with some late-night shopping, festive events at stores such as Selfridges and John Lewis, festive music on the malls and of course, our spectacular Christmas lights.”
How much does it all cost and how do I book?
Tinsel Town is outside The Orient, opposite The Great Hall entrance.
