Parklife: Air BnB prices ‘almost double’ near festival site - plus tickets, line-up & Covid entry requirements
Parklife is back with a bang at Heaton Park next weekend (September 11 and 12), with thousands of fans eager to see the likes of Carl Cox, Dave, Skepta, Megan Thee Stallion, and Disclosure take to the stage after a fallow year.
But, with no on-site camping at the popular music festival, some fans have been finding it tricky - and costly - to find accommodation nearby.

The research suggested the average price for an Airbnb the weekend before the event was £95 a night, but this rose to £181 a night over the festival dates.
That was the one of biggest increases for Airbnb prices around any UK event this year so far, according to the survey.
A Booking.com search of hotels in the immediate area also shows the cheapest double room to be a whopping £580 for two nights.

Hide AdA money.co.uk spokesman said: “Parklife is a festival taking place in a city-centre location with no camping available, so it stands to reason that Airbnbs will get booked up pretty quickly in Manchester on this weekend, especially as Parklife has seen its popularity grow and grow in recent years (along with its capacity).”
Are there any tickets left for Parklife?
Tickets have sold out for the event - and organisers have warned people to be wary of buying from unofficial sources to avoid counterfeits.
Who else is in the line up?
You can also catch the likes of Jamie XX and Celeste, with the full line-up and breakdown by individual stages on the Parklife website.
How old do you have to be to attend Parklife?
You must be at least 17 years old, and 17-year-old needs to be accompanied by someone over 18.
What are the Covid entry requirements?
