New Year’s Eve events near me in Manchester: how to celebrate in 2021

Planning on going out? Unfortunately many of the New Year’s Eve celebrations in Manchester as 2021 becomes 2022 have now sold out.

New Year’s Eve has been rather muted this past two years thanks to the impact of the pandemic and lockdowns affecting the hospitality industry.

And so many of us are looking forward to a bigger celebration this year as we welcome in 2022.

The scale of demand among the city’s revellers becomes clear looking at how many of Manchester’s events have now sold out.

If you still fancy heading out, here’s what you need to know about Manchester on New Year’s Eve.

    The Warehouse Project (SOLD OUT)

The line-up features Andrea Trout (Eves’ Drop DJ Collective, Reform Radio); Rhod Parry (Albert Schloss resident) and Sundae Sudz (Surco resident) and it kicks off at 8pm. King Street Townhouse Rooftop 1920s Party (SOLD OUT)

Step back in time before we jump forward a year and enjoy the spirit of the roaring 1920s, all with a rooftop view.

The Townhouse party includes live entertainment with the Bentley Brothers promising ‘sophisticated rock and pop’. And it is clearly a popular option as there is no room remaining for anyone making last-minute plans.
