Manchester Pride is just around the corner, and thousands of people will descend on the city for a weekend long celebration.

Tickets are still available for the event, with weekend tickets on sale from as little as £32.50 and a family day pass from £40.

Here’s all you need to know about how to get tickets to Manchester Pride 2022 and how much they cost.

Manchester Pride 2022 takes place across the city from Friday, 26 to Monday 29 August

How much are tickets to Manchester Pride 2022?

The pricing structure for Manchester Pride 2022 is available through the official event website and is listed below:

£32.50 - Gay Village Party – Full weekend

£17.50 - Gay Village Party – Friday

£27.50 - Gay Village Party – Saturday

£27.50 - Gay Village Party – Sunday

£2.50 (donation only) - Gay Village Party – Monday

£49 – Family day pass – Saturday (4 tickets, up to 2 adults)

£40 - Family day pass - Sunday (4 tickets, up to 2 adults)

A selection of VIP tickets also went on sale earlier this year but these have since sold out.

Where can tickets be bought from?

Tickets to Manchester Pride are available through Ticketmaster and can also be purchased at New York, New York and Clone Zone.

£2.50 from every ticket will go directly into the Manchester Pride Community Fund.

What is the Manchester Pride Community Fund?

According to the Manchester Pride website, A £2.50 fixed donation from every ticket will go directly to the Manchester Pride Community Fund, and every penny goes to supporting LGBTQ+ causes and projects in Greater Manchester.

Charities and organisations will be able to apply for a grant and successful applications will be decided by Manchester Pride Trustees and the Manchester Pride Community Grants panel.

Are Manchester Pride tickets refundable?

The event spokesperson added: “Tickets to Manchester Pride are non-transferable and non-refundable and tickets can only be refunded if the event does not take place in full.

“Our ticketing agent, Ticketmaster, has a fan-to-fan resale option which can be found within your Ticketmaster account so if you can’t attend the event for any reason, our first recommendation would be to head to your account and resell to someone who does want to attend. This way, the transactions will happen easily, safely and securely within Ticketmaster.”

Is there an age restriction on tickets?

The event spokesperson confirmed that tickets have no age restrictions, but some events may have no access to under 18s.

They said: “Gay Village Party tickets do not have any age restrictions and customers of all ages are welcome to join the event.

“However, there may be some events or activities which may be restricted to over 18s and ID checks will be carried out at the entrance to event areas.

“If you’re attending with your family, then we do have a Family ticket option available to purchase from our ticket agent.”
