Manchester Christmas Markets: prices for Winter Gardens food and drinks and opening times

Manchester Christmas Markets unveiled their newest site, the Winter Gardens in Piccadilly Gardens this year - and there is plenty on offer for foodies.

Piccadilly Gardens was transformed into one of the six markets locations for 2021. While the other five locations have finished now, the Winter Gardens attraction will stay open til 3 January 2022.

Whether you fancy a Christmas tipple, a warming brew or some street food, we’ve picked out the prices for some popular items at a number of the stalls there to give you a flavour ahead of your visit.

Drinks

Brooks Mill

Bar Humbug

There are tons of stalls on offer to meet all tastes and dietary requirements; here are a few that caught our eye.

Eat Greek

The popular Greek stall makes a return again this year.

Price range: £5-£10. Vegetarian, vegan and halal options available

What’s on offer: Chicken Gyros Pitta- Mediterranean chicken, lettuce, tomato, red onion, tzatzki on a warm Greek pitta £8.50

Lamb Kofa pitta- Spicy lamb, lettuce, tomato, red onion, tzatzki on a warm Greek pita £8.50

Halloumi Pitta (vegetarian)- Grilled halloumi, red pepper hummus, lettuce, tomato, red onion, tzatzki on a warm Greek pita- £8.50

Jack Fruit (vegan pulled pork)- BBQ jack fruit, lettuce, tomato, red onion on a warm Greek pitta £8.50

Halloumi Fries- Grilled halloumi on a bed of salad drizzled with mint yogurt and pomegranates £7.50

Greek Fries- Fries seasoned with oregano served with a side of salad and tzatzki sauce £5

Loaded Fries (large tray)- Oregano fries with side salad topped with choice of chicken, lamb kofta, halloumi or jack fruit, garnished with tzatzki or mint yogurt £10

Panc

Vegans and vegetarians need not miss out on bratwurst: this stall is all vegan and they have bread buns in every colour of the rainbow!

Koehler Kusse Luxury Chocolate Cakes

Koehler Kusse have returned this year with their popular German style cakes imported from Germany.

A fab selection for the cheeselovers among you.

Priced at 1 for £4.50, 3 for £12, 4 for £15, 6 for £20.
