George Ezra Manchester 2022: tickets for AO Arena gig, new song Green, Green Grass & full UK tour dates
George Ezra won the Brit Award for British Male Solo Artist in 2019.
George Ezra has announced a brand new UK arena tour, ahead of the release of his new album ‘Gold Rush Kid’, which is set for release in June 2022.
Ahead of the release of the new album, Ezra has released two new singles, with the latest one being ‘Green, Green Grass’ alongside ‘Anyone For You (Tiger Lily)’.
It will be his third studio album, and the first one since ‘Staying At Tamara’s’, which was released in 2018.
When is George Ezra performing in Manchester?
The new announcement of his arena tour will see Ezra head to Manchester, to perform at the iconic AO Arena on Friday, 16 September 2022.
The singer/songwriter is no stranger to performing in Manchester, or even the Manchester Arena as he performed there back in 2019, to support his second studio album, Staying at Tamara’s.
Where else is Ezra performing?
The Manchester performance in September is only the third performance as he embarks on a UK Arena tour, only performing in Liverpool and Cardiff prior, before heading onto Newcastle, Birmingham, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Belfast, Dublin, Nottingham and Sheffield.

Fans who pre-order his upcoming new album, Gold Rush Kid before 3pm on Tuesday, 26 April can access tickets on an exclusive pre-sale, before the general sale will go live on Ticketmaster on Friday, 29 April at 10am.

What might the setlist be?
His whole arena tour, including his special Finsbury Park show in London, come after the release of his new album, so a set list is not yet available.
So far, he has released two singles from the upcoming album, named Anyone For You (Tiger Lily) and Green, Green Grass, so it is very likely that they will be played.

Wanted on Voyage, his first studio album, went to number one in the UK, and also broke into the top 10 in multiple countries, and ended 2014 as the third-best selling album in the UK for the year.
Released four years later, Staying at Tamara’s performed better, and also hit number one in the UK, and breaking the top 10 in a further eight countries.
