Renowned dancer, author and choreographer Craig Revel Horwood has taken himself on a nationwide tour.

For his first debut tour, the Strictly Come Dancing judge will be stopping off for a show in Manchester.

When is the show?

Craig Revel Horwood brings his ‘All Balls and Glitter’ tour to Salford on Sunday, 8 May 2022.

The show is due to take place at The Lowry,  a theatre and gallery complex at Salford Quays, Salford.

Can I get tickets?

Tickets are still available for the show in all areas of the theatre.

Priced between £23 and £25, you can purchase tickets online for the stalls, the upper and circle, and lower circle seats in The Lowry.

What can people expect from the show?

This is the Strictly Come Dancing star’s debut solo tour, and there are plenty of things for people to look forward to.

The audience will join Craig as he talks about his life from Australia to the West End to Strictly, reveals a wealth of backstage gossip with his trademark wit and candour, and gives a very special performance of some of the music which has been the soundtrack to his career. Book now for a fabulous evening of entertainment.

Where else is Craig Revel Horwood touring?

Craig comes to Manchester after around two months on the road, having visited towns and cities across the UK since the end of March.

The tour started in Eastleigh, and is scheduled to finish on 27 May in Wimbledon.

Who is Craig Revel Horwood?

Craig’s professional life began with training in his hometown of Ballarat, Australia.

He moved to Melbourne and starred in an Australian production of West Side Story amongst several other shows.

Craig also featured in numerous television commercials in Australia, notably, he was the face of the very first Kentucky Nugget advertisements for KFC and the voice of the Macleans toothpaste commercials.

He also appeared in TV specials including The Don Lane Show, The Mike Walsh Show and special guest spots on The Midday Show.

UK audiences will be most familiar with Craig’s role as a judge on BBC’s hit show ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.

He has been a judge on the show since its inception in 2004, and has been seen as a harsh but usually fair critic of the performers.
