Manchester United will look to return to winning ways when they visit Premier League rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers on Boxing Day.
After securing the most dramatic of derby wins at local rivals Manchester City earlier this month, Ruben Amorim’s side have exited the Carabao Cup with 4-3 defeat at Tottenham Hotspur before they were condemned to a deeply disappointing league defeat against Bournemouth on Sunday afternoon.
Those results have left the Red Devils in thirteenth place in the Premier League table ahead of their trip to Molineux in the first of what could be defining fixtures over the Christmas period. The clash with Wolves is quickly followed by a home clash with Newcastle United on Monday night before the attentions turn towards a trip to Liverpool on the first Sunday of the new year.
Ahead of a busy period of fixtures, we take a look at the latest team news from United and Wolves as the Premier League rivals prepare to face off at Molineux on Boxing Day evening.
