Tottenham see £50m bid rejected for "unbelievable" Premier League winger wanted by Man United

Ruben Amorim is looking to find a replacement for Alejandro Garnacho this summer as the Argentine international is expected to leave the club after falling out of favour with the United manager.
The Red Devils have been heavily linked with Brentford’s Bryan Mbuemo, and have seen two bids rejected for the winger; the most recent bid amounted to £62.5m, the same fee that United spent on Matheus Cunha earlier in the transfer window. However, it is understood that Brentford want over £65m for him.

Tottenham see Mohammed Kudus bid rejected
West Ham winger Mohammed Kudus has attracted heavy Premier League interest from the likes of Tottenham, United and Chelsea after a couple of impressive seasons for the Hammers after joining from Ajax in 2023. He’s made 80 appearances for West Ham, scoring 19 goals and providing 13 assists.
Man United have been linked to the 24-year-old as a replacement for Mbeumo should the Red Devils fail to land the Brentford star; however, much like for Mbeumo, United are battling with Tottenham to sign the West Ham winger.
According to TalkSPORT, Tottenham have seen a £50m bid rejected for Kudus. A bid that was reportedly placed last week and instantly rejected by the Hammers. Spurs have turned their attention to Kudus as their interest in Crystal Palace attacker Eberechi Eze has ‘cooled’ with Arsenal understood to be the front-runners to land the England star.

Hide AdKudus is reportedly open to a move to Spurs, but also has interest from the Saudi Pro League. However, he has a Saudi-specific release clause of £120m in his contract at the London Stadium.
The Ghana international is very well respected in the Premier League. West Ham teammate Michail Antonio described him as “unbelievable” earlier in the season. Antonio told Joy Sports: “He’s unbelievable.
“The guy… some of the tricks he does in training, some of the tricks he does in games, is just [amazing]. … Mo is a quality player, very quality, and he’s still so young.”
Kudus could replace Alejandro Garnacho
The West Ham star is a potential replacement for Garnacho at Old Trafford. The 20-year-old winger has been linked with two clubs so far this summer, one being Napoli in the Serie A, and the other being Premier League rivals Chelsea, who have recently signed winger Jamie Gittens.

Hide AdGarnacho has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge since January, when it became more likely that the winger would be leaving the club in the summer window. United initially said that they wanted around £70m for Garnacho, but it seems they have lowered their asking price.
The most recent transfer updates on Garnacho suggest that the winger is enticed by a move to Chelsea and London. The Blues are reportedly willing to pay around £55m for him, with Man United prioritising a quick sale, as they want the transfer budget injection.
