'They're so bad' - Roy Keane slams Manchester United for not doing five things in last 30 minutes vs Arsenal

Man Utd were defeated 1-0 by Arsenal in the Premier League fixture on Sunday afternoon and Roy Keane was not happy.

Roy Keane slammed Manchester United for their lacklustre second-half performance as they lost 1-0 to Arsenal in the Premier League. A first-half goal from Leandro Trossard decided a close encounter at Old Trafford in which both teams lacked quality and created very few chances of note.

The defeat for United leaves them eighth in the Premier League, meaning they will either have to finish sixth or defeat Man City in the FA Cup final if they are to qualify for European competition.

United can be encouraged by how close they ran Arsenal on Sunday afternoon, but they will be ruining a lack of creativity in the final third that on another day could quite have easily seen them avoid defeat.

Keane was less forgiving though, and after the match he slammed Erik ten Hag's side, in particular the half-hearted nature in which they ended the game without posing much of a threat.

"The disappointment for me in the last half an hour was United," he told Sky Sports. "Arsenal have come to Old Trafford over the years and found it difficult, but I bet Arsenal couldn't believe how bad United were.

"Whatever bits of possession they had, the end product and lack of quality - you talk about the great teams United had over the years, the players they've had. That last half an hour, decision-making, nobody digging anybody out, making mistakes, falling over, not putting demands on each other.

"That United team there... they're so bad."
