It has been a mixed start to the season for Manchester United's six summer signings.
After he was given a contract extension, Erik ten Hag was backed with another £182.5 million in the transfer window, though with potential add-ons the spending could rise by a further £23 million.
United recouped plenty of it with £81.7 million in sales, which too could earn a further £23 million in add-on fees, while high earners such as Anthony Martial and Raphael Varane left for free, and a number of sell-on clauses were included in those deals.
Of the six who signed, one has excelled in the first ten matches of the new season, three have struggled, and two are yet to make a competitive appearance for the club.
There is still plenty of time left before they can be fairly judged, but here is how we rate the six players United signed in the 2024 summer transfer window so far:

1. Matthijs De Ligt, Leny Yoro, Joshua Zirkzee and Noussair Mazraoui of Manchester United

2. Noussair Mazraoui - £12.8 million
Mazroaui has not only been United's signing of the summer, but one of the best Premier League bargain buys too. He will be sorely missed for the next few weeks on the sidelines. 7/10 | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images

3. Leny Yoro - £52 million
It might seem rash to judge Yoro on so little evidence, but the hopes are really high for him and his signing was arguably the most impressive of the summer. He looked good in pre-season before his injury. 6/10 | Manchester United via Getty Images Photo: Manchester United via Getty Images

4. Sekou Kone - £1 million
United have very high hopes for Kone but are taking their time before he makes his debut. Given the low transfer fee, it is difficult to see this one going wrong, no matter how well he does. 6/10 | Manchester United Photo: Manchester United
