United are said to be receiving a loan fee for Van de Beek from Everton, as well as the latter paying his full wages during the spell.
The Toffees are ‘set’ to announce Frank Lampard as their new manager today, with the former Chelsea boss looking to bolster their ranks before the 11pm deadline.
Midfield is an area of concern for Everton, due to Abdoulaye Doucoure, Tom Davies and Fabian Delph all sidelined until March with injuries.

The 24-year-old has made 50 appearances for United since his arrival from Ajax in August 2020, scoring twice and assisting his teammates on the same number of occasions.
However, he’s not started a single Premier League game this season and has grown evidently frustrated at his lack of game time.
It was reported over the weekend that three clubs had matched United’s loan terms for Van de Beek, one of whom is believed to be Crystal Palace, but the midfielder has opted to spend the remainder of the campaign on loan at Goodison Park.
