Manchester United youngster Ethan Ennis is set to join League Two side Doncaster Rovers on loan in the January transfer window.
The 20-year-old has been attracting loan interest for several weeks from across the EFL and will become the club's first official transfer of the month when he completes his deal in the coming days.

Hide AdEnnis has been in fine form for United's U21 side this season, with 10 goals in 15 appearances. One of those goals came against Doncaster in the EFL Trophy back in September, a performance that is understood to have sparked their initial transfer interest in the forward.
The young left winger was handed a new two-year deal at the club last summer and caught the eye during their first couple of pre-season matches under former manager Erik ten Hag. United made headlines when they poached the talented youngster from fierce rivals Liverpool in the 2021 summer transfer window, though his development was hindered the following year when he suffered an ACL injury that had him sidelined for 14 months.
United are still prioritising loan exits for both Dan Gore and Harry Amass this month, while Ethan Williams and Ethan Wheatley could also be allowed to leave the club. It was revealed earlier in the day, that teenage defender Diego Leon will travel to Manchester next week to undergo his medical ahead of a proposed transfer at the end of the season.
