Manchester United's third shirt for the 2024/25 season appears to have been accidentally leaked online by kit manufacturer Adidas.

Social media user TheShirtUnion uploaded screengrabs from the online Adidas store which showed a male model wearing the eye-catching rumoured third strip for the forthcoming season.

If the leak is to be believed, United's third shirt for next season will comprise of an off-white colour, with a bold tricolour stripe on the chest in red, white and black. The retro touch is finished with the iconic Adidas trefoil logo as well as the same devil crest that is displayed on the current third shirt.

It is suggested that United's new third kit takes inspiration from the club's iconic 1997/99 away shirt which was famously worn in the historic treble winning season and probably best remembered from the FA cup semi final victory over Arsenal.

The other notable change to the United shirt from next season is that it features the 'Snapdragon' logo on the front after a deal was reached with Qualcomm Snapdragon to take over from TeamViewer. The US technology firm have agreed a deal reportedly in the region of £60million per year to be United's main shirt sponsors from next season.
