Manchester United are back in action on Saturday when they welcome an Everton side fighting for their lives.
Erik ten Hag’s men are currently sitting inside the top four, level on points with third place Newcastle United and three points ahead of Tottenham in fifth with a game in-hand to play. United defeated Brentford to return to winning ways during the week, and they will be looking to make it back-to-back wins to consolidate their top four spot on Saturday.

Ahead of the clash, United boss Ten Hag has issued an injury update, and there is mixed news for the Red Devils, with Christian Eriksen back in contention, while Luke Shaw has been ruled out.
“Luke Shaw is not available for tomorrow,” said the Dutchman. “We have to see about the progress for the coming week, but the good news is Eriksen is back in training and he will be in the squad.”
Speaking about Eriksen, he added: “I was so angry about the tackle. He was away, we felt we had lost him for the whole season, but he worked very well. The medical department did very well. He’s now available for the final stages of the season. At first, it was a really bad tackle and a bad injury. He’s ahead of schedule, so we’re happy with that.”
Elsewhere, Casemiro is suspended and Donny van de Beek is out for the season. Tom Heaton and Alejandro Garnacho are also out for this one.

Dom (Calvert-Lewin) continues his recovery, Andros [Townsend] a bit more distantly. Some players are just carrying some knocks and bruises but nothing too serious.”
Aside from those three absentees, Abdoulaye Doucoure is the only other who will miss out, due to suspension.
