Mount medical

Mason Mount is said to be closing in on a move to United after the club reached an agreement with Chelsea. It’s reported the two clubs finally settled on a £60million fee, with Mount only having one year remaining on his current Chelsea contract.

According to Sky Sports, Mount arrived at Carrington for his medical on Monday, and photos have pictured the midfielder arriving in his car. It’s expected the Mount deal will become official in the coming days with the still young England star not expected to have any issues at his medical.

Osimhen speaks

Victor Osimhen has spoken amid links with Man Utd and other clubs this summer.

“I’m so proud that I am actually a Scudetto winner, for me, it’s a huge one. Whatsoever honour that comes after this, I will welcome it, “ Osimhen told Soccernet. “And I am really working hard to make sure, and now I am addicted to trophies because now the Scudetto is my first trophy as a pro. Now I’m addicted, and I can’t wait for the new season to come.

“There’s no better place to be than this place. I am so happy I made the right choice by coming here. And achieving this kind of greatness with the Neapolitans is something that I will wake up and always smile about. My children’s children will come into this world and realise that their father has done something amazing.”
