Manchester United look set for a busy transfer deadline day on Thursday, keeping up a recent tradition set by the club.
Last summer, Cristiano Ronaldo’s return to the Red Devils was confirmed on the final day of the window, while the year before, Edinson Cavani, Alex Telles, Facundo Pellistri and Amad all arrived just hours before the market shut.

This year, two incomings are expected on deadline day, with at least one outgoing from Old Trafford.
Here’s everything we know ahead of the final hours of the window, plus what’s been reported elsewhere.
Incomings
A deal in principle was announced for the signing of Antony on Tuesday, and the transfer should be fully completed on deadline day, barring any last-minute hiccups.

Likewise, Martin Dubravka’s arrival is expected from Newcastle United, with the goalkeeper coming in on an initial loan.

ManchesterWorld has been told that is likely to mark the end of the Red Devils’ summer business, something Erik ten Hag said in Wednesday’s pre-match press conference, although he did add it’s not impossible there could be further additions.
“I think so, that will be the end for this window,” he said. “But when there is a great opportunity you have to be always alert as a top club.”
It had been reported by Goal that United will ‘reignite’ their interest in Frenkie de Jong in future windows, but anticipate there will be ‘no further arrivals’ in the current market.
Barcelona team-mate Sergino Dest has also been a target for Ten Hag, claims Fabrizio Romano, although a move to AC Milan now seems looks all but sorted for the American full-back.

ManchesterWorld understands James Garner is likely to complete a move to Everton on Thursday, while there has been interest from Fulham, Brighton & Hove Albion and Leicester City.
Romano also tweeted to say a fee of £15m has been agreed for the midfielder, while a buy-back clause has been included in the deal.
Elsewhere, Amad’s loan to Sunderland for the remainder of the season was announced late on Wednesday.

Along with Garner, that could be the last of United’s deadline-day departures, although loan moves for younger players can never be ruled out.

Ten Hag did, however, dismiss any suggestions of Aaron Wan-Bissaka leaving this window, as he did with fellow defenders Phil Jones, Axel Tuanzebe and Brandon Williams last week.
Anything else?
While the eyes of the football world will be very much focused on deadline day, United’s gaze may be briefly averted on Thursday night when the Red Devils face Leicester in the Premier League.
It means Ten Hag might not be fully focused on the window, although United fans will have an immediate opportunity to hear his thoughts on the club’s deadlings, when he faces the media after the game at the King Power Stadium.
