Man Utd summer signing's 'agreement' to join another club as Kobbie Mainoo on England radar

Your round-up of the latest Manchester United headlines following yet another win at Luton Town.

Manchester United cannot stop winning at the minute and recorded a fifth straight victory at Luton Town on Sunday. Rasmus Hojlund's early brace put the Reds ahead but they were made to hold on for that 2-1 win at Kenilworth Road.

Saturday's visit of Fulham to Old Trafford will offer Erik ten Hag a chance to keep the momentum going and close the gap on their top-four rivals. In the meantime, ManchesterWorld has rounded up some of the latest headlines coming out of Manchester.

Bayindir 'agreement'

Altay Bayindir could be on his way out of United after just 12 months amid reports he has reached an 'agreement' to join Galatasaray. Turkish outlet Futbol Anadolu reports that the goalkeeper 'will wear the Galatasaray jersey' next season.

Bayindir was a late arrival at United last summer, signing in a £4.3million deal from Fenerbahce. But the shot-stopper has seen minutes incredibly limited, making just one appearance in the FA Cup win over Newport County.

First-choice Andre Onana has been ever-present, even delaying his Africa Cup of Nations campaign in order to play against Wigan and Tottenham. And so Bayindir could look to leave just 12 months after initially signing.

Mainoo on England radar

England manager Gareth Southgate is keeping a very close eye on Kobbie Mainoo ahead of next month's international break. The Daily Mail names the United midfielder among three uncapped youngsters who could get the call up.

Mainoo has been outstanding for United since making his Premier League debut at Everton in November, becoming a regular starter in the heart of midfield. Southgate could look to replace Kalvin Phillips in his squad, with the midfielder enduring a tough start to life at West Ham.

In addition to Mainoo, Southgate is also keeping tabs on Fulham's Harrison Reed and James Garner of Everton. England face Brazil and Belgium next month.
