Man Utd predicted XI to face Crystal Palace - how will Ralf Rangnick line up for final game?

We’re predicted the interim Manchester United manager will select a side with two changes from the mauling at Brighton two weeks ago.

Ralf Rangnick remained tight lipped when it came to absentees for his final game of the season against Crystal Palace.

It’s also the German’s last match in charge of Manchester United as his spell as interim manager draws to a close.

Rangnick addressed the media for the final time on Friday and was quizzed about the latest team news after a two-week break.

"We, once again unfortunately, have quite a few players missing and another couple of players with question marks," he revealed.

"We have to wait for tomorrow’s last training session but, as it stands now, there will be quite a few players missing. I’m still positive that we will have a strong starting XI and finish the season on a higher note than we did at Brighton.

“I’m positive that the players want to get things right and show and prove to everybody that they are capable of playing a lot better than we did at Brighton."

The quartet of Eric Bailly, Luke Shaw, Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford all returned to training this week after missing the Brighton debacle, but it appears two of those are once again doubts ahead of the trip to Selhurst Park.

"There are a few players definitely missing,” Rangnick said. “Please understand that I don’t want to name all those names right now.

"Luke Shaw’s wife gave birth to their second baby today and he was supposed to be training tomorrow," added Rangnick. "But apparently he isn’t. So we have to wait and see if he would at least be available for the bench on Sunday.

"In two days’ training, we had at least one or two players leaving the training session a little earlier because they couldn’t finish the session because they had problems. That was Jadon and Phil Jones, so we need to wait until after the session tomorrow."

With that in mind, here’s how we expect United to line up against Palace...
