United have reportedly been keeping an eye on Sassuolo midfielder Davide Frattesi. The Italy international has been a hit in Serie A over the past few years and is being linked with a departure to England. A report by Il Resto del Carlino claim Erik ten Hag’s side have ‘watched’ him along with fellow Premier League sides Tottenham Hotspur and Brighton and Hove Albion.

Target allowed to leave

According to a report by Marca, Red Devils target Matheus Cunha will be allowed to leave Atletico Madrid. The Brazilian, who has been left out of their squad for Qatar, has struggled to make an impact in Spain since his move there last year. He has previously played in Germany for RB Leipzig and Hertha Berlin.

American interest

Cristiano Ronaldo is said to be on the radar of some American clubs. The Sun have reported that Inter Miami, LA Galaxy and recent MLS Cup winners Los Angeles FC. He is facing an uncertain future at Old Trafford and United have a big decision to make regarding his situation in the upcoming January transfer window when he returns from the World Cup.
