Man Utd 'seriously interested' in £214k per-week Rasmus Hojlund replacement alongside Arsenal and Chelsea

Ruben Amorim will be looking ahead to the summer transfer window with a striker being one of the key positions that he wants to strengthen. United signed Joshua Zirkzee last summer, but he’s failed to make a big impact this season.
Furthermore, Rasmus Hojlund has also struggled; the pair have combined for just six Premier League goals this season, and United will look to sign a striker in the summer transfer window as a result.

Man United tipped to sign Vlahovic
As several Premier League clubs look set to sign a striker, one that has generated a lot of transfer interest is Juventus star Dusan Vlahovic, whose contract expires in 2026, meaning that the Italian side could cash in on him this summer.
Vlahovic joined Juventus in January 2022 for a fee of £71m from Fiorentina and has since scored 55 goals in 138 appearances, making him one of the more prolific number nines in Europe.
As United are likely to sign a striker, they are amongst the teams that have been linked with a move for the Serbia international, with Arsenal, Chelsea and Newcastle United also touted from the Premier League.

Hide AdReports have emerged from Caught Offside saying that Man United are ‘seriously interested’ in Vlahovic, who Juventus are reportedly willing to sell for a fee of around £43m.
The 25-year-old is on a hefty contract, which is why Juventus are willing to sell him. It is said to be worth €12m million per season which breaks down to around £214k per-week. They are in a precarious financial position, and so could decide to cash in on Vlahovic this summer. They also want to avoid him leaving for free in 2026.
The report says that Premier League clubs including Man United could offer around £39m for Vlahovic, hoping that Juventus will be willing to offload him for slightly less than the £43m they desire.
New Juventus manager hints at wanting to keep Vlahovic
Juventus saw a change of manager in March as they decided to sack Thiago Motta and instead bring in Igor Tudor, who has had spells managing Lazio, Marseille and previously as an assistant at Juventus. Seeing as they have a new man in charge, the future of Vlahovic is even more uncertain, as he did look dead set that he was going to leave in the summer whilst Motta was in charge.

He told Italian outlet Tutto Mercato: “He’s a very strong player, and I’m happy to coach him. I’ve already spoken about him in the past, these are facts, not just words. He’s a player who has all the skills that a top-class player needs to have. He knows how to score goals, he understands, he’s intelligent, a motivator.”
Seeing as Tudor is keen on the Serbian striker, he may urge Juventus to fork out the funds to agree a new contract for him. But with significant interest from the Premier League, they may have to move fast.
