Manchester United suffer 56th fitness blow of the season as player ruled out of Liverpool FC fixture
Manchester United have suffered a fresh injury blow ahead of their Premier League clash with Liverpool on Sunday afternoon.
Erik ten Hag has made two changes from the side that lost to Chelsea in midweek with Raphael Varane and Antony replaced in the line up by Willy Kambwala and Marcus Rashford. Varane was taken off with an injury at half-time of the clash at Stamford Bridge and has not even been named on the bench this afternoon.

McTominay’s injury setback means there have now been 56 separate cases of injury and illness that have caused a senior United player to miss a competitive game this season.
United know they will need to put in a much better defensive performance if they are to have any hope of avoiding defeat and keeping their Champions League qualification hopes alive.
United XI: Onana, Dalot, Kambwala, Maguire, Wan-Bissaka, Mainoo, Casemiro, Rashford, Fernandes, Garnacho, Hojlund
Subs: Bayindir, Amass, Ogunneye, Amrabat, Eriksen, Mount, Amad, Antony, Forson.
