The Old Trafford faithful have had relatively little to get behind in recent weeks as Erik ten Hag battles for consistency with his under-fire United side but there will be hope that this week's comeback, inspired by newly-confident Rasmus Hojlund and determined Alejandro Garnacho, will be the catalyst for similar performances in the New Year.
