How Man Utd’s loaned out players are faring at Preston, Birmingham, QPR and more.
Manchester United have a whole host of players out on loan at the moment. They gave the green light for some players to head out the exit door on a temporary basis in the last transfer window to get some game time under their belts this season.
This enabled Erik ten Hag to trim down the size of his squad and bring in some of his own players. The Red Devils are currently 5th in the Premier League table during the World Cup break and won 2-1 away at Fulham in their last game courtesy of promising Alejandro Garnacho’s last-gasp winner.
They are currently 5th in the table and are three points behind Tottenham Hotspur with a game in-hand. United’s next competitive clash is on 21st December in the Carabao Cup against Burnley before they take on Nottingham Forest in the league on 27th.
In the meantime, here is a look at how their loan players are faring...
1. Eric Bailly, Marseille
The defender has made nine appearances for Marseille since his switch to France, four of which have come in Ligue 1.
2. Amad Diallo
The 20-year-old, who had a stint at Rangers last term, has scored three times for the Black Cats so far.
