Paul Pogba has labelled reports that he blanked Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after Sunday’s 5-0 loss to Liverpool as ‘fake news’.
The Manchester United midfielder took to social media to vent his frustrations and claimed the story in the Sun was completely fictitious and stated it was to written ‘make headlines’.
What did Pogba say?

“The only reason I address this b.s. is out of respect to my coach, clubs and fans to send a clear message: the less you read these people the better you are, they have no shame and will say anything with no basis AT ALL.”
What was reported?
The Sun claimed Pogba snubbed Solskjaer following Sunday’s game after being left out of the starting line-up for a second consecutive match.
The paper also said he apologised to his team-mates for being sent off on the hour mark at Old Trafford, but didn’t address his manager.
What about Pogba’s contract?

He said: “You would have to ask Manchester United about it. At this moment everything is calm. There is no update."
Pogba’s contract is set to expire at Old Trafford this summer and could leave the club for free at the end of the season. He’s also able to start negotiations with other clubs in January.
Can he play on Saturday?
Due to his dismissal against Liverpool, the World Cup winner is ineligible to play in United’s next three league games, against Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City and Watford.

However, Pogba can still play in United’s two Champions League games over the next few weeks.
