Eight massive Premier League fixtures Man Utd face before the World Cup break

Here are eight Premier League fixtures Man Utd fans should look out for before the World Cup break in November.

The 2022-23 Premier League fixtures were released on 16 June with Manchester United discovering who they will face in Erik ten Hag’s first season as manager of the club.

United will be hoping for a better performance in the league the new campaign after finishing sixth last time out with 58 points - their lowest in the competition’s history.

The Red Devils are likely to have a new-look squad under Ten Hag, while five first team players have been confirmed to leave Old Trafford when their contracts expire on 30 June

This new season will be different to those of the past with the World Cup taking place in Qatar between 21 November and 18 December, causing a break in the Premier League.

United will play their last league fixture on 12 November against Fulham at Craven Cottage before those selected from Ten Hag’s squad join up with their national teams for the World Cup.

The Red Devils have some huge games leading up to the break, with August, September and October boasting some vital fixtures in their quest for a top four finish.
