The March international break is now upon us, and Manchester United are still in with a chance of ending the season with three trophies.

It has been a season of ups and downs for Erik ten Hag’s men, but despite likely having to settle for a top four finish in the Premier League, United have already won the Carabao Cup, and they could still end up winning both the FA Cup and Europa League.

As United wait to return to action, we have rounded up all the latest news and rumours surrounding Old Trafford.

Osimhen claim

Former United striker Dimitar Berbatov has told his former club to make a move for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen.

“Victor Osimhen. The guy is unbelievable at the moment,” he told Betfred.

“He’s very young, he’s great in the air, his speed is exceptional and the goals he’s scoring for Napoli are unbelievable. If they do go for a striker in the summer, then they should go for him over everybody else.”

United are very likely to be in the market for a frontman this summer, and Olsimhen is one of the most coveted players in Europe heading into this summer, performing superbly again for Napoli this term.

Kane interest

While Osimhen is likely to be an option for United this summer, he may not be the only player being considered.

According to Football Insider, United are also considering a move for Tottenham star Harry Kane. It’s claimed the England international is still firmly on the Red Devils’ radar as they search for a new striker.

Kane has made it clear he wants to win trophies during his career, and it’s looking increasingly likely he will not get that opportunity at Tottenham. The question will be whether he is willing to push for a move again having previously tried to force through a deal involving Manchester City.
