10 best performing Man Utd players in the Premier League - with no Cristiano Ronaldo

We take a look at Manchester United’s 10 best performing players in the Premier League after their opening six matches.

Manchester United have turned their fortunes around after a rocky start to life under Erik ten Hag in the Premier League.

The Red Devils have won their last four games after losing their opening two fixtures against Brighton & Hove Albion and Brentford.

Ten Hag made several changes to his starting XI following the two defeats, including dropping captain Harry Maguire to the bench.

United’s backline has been solid since the decision, conceding just two goals in their last four games, while offensively they have also been a threat, scoring seven goals.

The new-found form has given Red Devils fans optimism going into their midweek Europa League group stage clash against Real Sociedad on Thursday, with several players putting in standout performances in recent games.

With that being said, let’s take a look at the 10 best performing United players in the Premier League, according to SofaScore.

6 | Raphael Varane - 6.98

The Frenchman has been a rock at the back for United since replacing Maguire in the starting XI. His natural leadership abilities, as well as experience of playing at the highest level have shored up Ten Hag’s team’s defence.
