Manchester City could see one transfer that goes through after Friday’s deadline.

Manchester City youngster Joel Ndala has attracted interest from several sides in the Netherlands and could complete a move in the coming days.

There are still a few more days to run on the Dutch transfer window, which closes on Monday rather than today (Friday) as it does in England.

PSV Eindhoven might make the most of that small extension and have made an offer to purchase Ndala. While nothing is yet confirmed, it’s understood that a deal is progressing well and a loan with an obligation to buy could be agreed between the two clubs.

Ndala was named among the 27-man squad that flew to the US for City’s pre-season tour and he played in the friendlies against Celtic and Chelsea.

The attacker has not featured this season, though another indication that he could be set to leave the club. Ndala made 23 appearances across City’s various youth teams last term but, underwhelmingly, only netted once.

The season prior, Ndala scored 13 goals in 20 appearances for City’s Under-18s and has been capped at various underage levels for England. He also played five of City’s six games in the successful FA Youth Cup-winning run last term.

Should the 18-year-old leave City, he would follow the likes of Micah Hamilton, Liam Delap, Tommy Doyle, Taylor Harwood-Bellis, Kane Taylor and Lewis Fiorini in departing the club permanently this window.

The Blues have enjoyed a successful summer in terms of selling players and, in addition to several senior exits, have brought in over £170m in transfer fees this window.
