PSV Eindhoven might make the most of that small extension and have made an offer to purchase Ndala. While nothing is yet confirmed, it’s understood that a deal is progressing well and a loan with an obligation to buy could be agreed between the two clubs.
Ndala was named among the 27-man squad that flew to the US for City’s pre-season tour and he played in the friendlies against Celtic and Chelsea.

The season prior, Ndala scored 13 goals in 20 appearances for City’s Under-18s and has been capped at various underage levels for England. He also played five of City’s six games in the successful FA Youth Cup-winning run last term.
Should the 18-year-old leave City, he would follow the likes of Micah Hamilton, Liam Delap, Tommy Doyle, Taylor Harwood-Bellis, Kane Taylor and Lewis Fiorini in departing the club permanently this window.
The Blues have enjoyed a successful summer in terms of selling players and, in addition to several senior exits, have brought in over £170m in transfer fees this window.
