Manchester City will be looking to get back to winning ways in the Premier League when they travel to Turf Moor on Saturday afternoon to take on Burnley.

The match, which kicks off at 3pm, will see Pep Guardiola’s side try and continue their push to retain the league title, with the Sky Blues winning three of their last five games.

As for the Clarets, they were on the receiving end of a 2-0 defeat to Brentford on 12 March, their third league defeat in as many games.

Burnley’s form in the top flight has been poor with two wins in their last 10 matches, leaving them 19th in the table with 12 games remaining.

The two clubs have met 15 times in the Premier League with City winning 11 of them, while the Clarets have one victory, and honours have been even three times.

What’s the latest team news?

Speaking in Friday’s press conference, Guardiola confirmed that Ruben Dias and Cole Palmer will miss the game through injury, though they are the only absentees.

That means Ederson and John Stones, both of them withdrew from their respective international squads over the recent break, are available.

As for the hosts, they had six members of their squad on international duty, with Wayne Hennessey earning his 100th cap for Wales on Tuesday.

Sean Dyche was without ex-City man Ben Mee against Brentford, while Johann Berg Gudmundsson, Matej Vydra, Erik Pieters and Dale Stephens were also absent.
