A 42-year-old man is expected before a court today charged with the attempted abduction of a teenager.
Greater Manchester police said on Monday 20 March at around 5pm, a 14-year-old boy was approached and followed by a man in a vehicle on Jacksons Lane in Hazel Grove. A man was later arrested.
Sheraz Atteeque Bhatti, 42, of Longhope Road in Wythenshawe, has now been charged with attempt child abduction and is due to appear at Tameside Magistrates Court today (23 March).
