Stevenson Square assault: police issue new CCTV appeal after man left with serious head injuries in Manchester

Officers investigating a serious assault in Stevenson Square in Manchester city centre have issued new CCTV images of a man they want to speak to as part of their inquiries.

A man in his 40s was assaulted by a stranger close to the Hula bar, at around 12.20am on 18 December last year,

The man was taken to hospital with serious head injuries.

Police have appealed for anyone who recognises a man in the CCTV images to contact them on 0161 856 4409 quoting log number 49 of 18 December 2021.
