Molly-Mae Hague has revealed the sweet tribute boyfriend Tommy Fury made to her and their daughter during his Soccer Aid debut on Sunday (11 June). The professional boxer, 24, was part of the World XI team who finished victorious with a 4-2 win over the England side.

Soccer Aid, started by Robbie Williams in 2006, sees two teams of celebrities go head-to-head in a charity football match to raise money for the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF).

Tommy, who welcomed his first daughter Bambi in January this year, participated in the annual event for the first time, and although he was mocked on social media for his “terrible” performance, Molly-Mae was in the Old Trafford stands to proudly cheer him on.

Taking to her Instagram Story ahead of kick-off, Molly-Mae posted a sweet snap of Tommy’s football boots. One shoe had ‘Molly-Mae’ and ‘Bambi’ written on with a drawing of a love heart and Disney’s Bambi respectively, whilst the other had ‘TNT’ - his boxing nickname - painted on.

Other snaps showed Tommy, who was wearing the number 10 shirt, subbing on for comedian Maisie Adam, with Molly-Mae writing: “Go number 10”, and another showed her joking about “Tommy’s incredible contribution” as the World XI team celebrated their full-time win.

This year’s match, which was the fifth consecutive time the World XI team have won, saw over £14,500,000 raised for UNICEF. Tommy’s team was led by Olympian Usain Bolt, who scored the first goal, before Love Island star Kem Cetinay and former Republic of Ireland captain Robbie Keane added the rest.

Meanwhile, former Manchester United player Paul Scholes and Sex Education actress Asa Butterfield scored for England, who were captained by Lioness Jill Scott.
