Gemma Atkinson has left fans speculating that she’s secretly married BBC Strictly’s Gorka Marquez, after taking to her social media with a very telling post.
The Hollyoaks actress, 38, from Manchester, first met dancer Gorka Marquez, 32, when she appeared on the fifteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2017. On the show, Gemma was partnered up with Strictly pro Aljaž Škorjanec, whilst Gorka was partnered with singer Alexandra Burke. They both ended the show as runners-up and lost out to Joe McFadden and Katya Jones.

Last year, Gemma told Hello! magazine about her desire to have a very “chilled wedding” with Gorka at a registry office, saying: "I’m the most chilled bride I think because as long as it’s just close family and friends there really we wouldn’t want anything big.
“We know we don’t want a massive glitzy occasion, just something nice, with the people there who we want there and chilled really.”
The couple recently announced that they are expecting their second child together, which has left fans guessing if they will delay their nuptials until after the birth of their baby boy.

The actress showcased her new kitchen and gushed over the refurb, while sharing a shelf with two mugs displayed, embossed with the words ‘Mr’ and ‘Mrs’ on them.
This immediately made fans think that it was a hint to say that the pair had secretly tied the knot, although they have made no comments to confirm this.
Gemma, who is a Drive Time radio host on Hits Radio UK, was questioned on the subject on-air in the New Year, where they discussed the most common day for divorces in the UK, which falls in the first week of January.

She laughed and added: "If I don’t marry him, he can’t divorce me. He can leave me but he isn’t taking anything because there’s nothing legal. Off you pop sunshine, on to the next one."
It does sound as though Gemma and Gorka will be having a “big party” in the future to celebrate properly with their friends and family.
"Half the time we say we should just go to the registry office and do it there, and then it’s done, then have a big party. I think that will be the route we will go down,” Gemma said.
