5. Shazad Ghafoor
Ghafoor is wanted for numerous offences involving fraud, dangerous driving, possession of criminal property, possession of cannabis with intent to supply, and failure to surrender to bail.
He took a courtesy car from a dealership in Manchester in August 2013 using a driving licence in another person’s name and led police on a pursuit. When the car was stopped, cash to the value of £80,000-£100,000 was recovered. There were traces of heroin, cocaine and cannabis on the notes.
He is also wanted in connection with separate seizures of £245,000 worth of cannabis in November 2013 and another cannabis seizure in November 2014 at a property in Manchester. Ghafoor was due to appear in court but failed to appear, and another warrant was issued for his arrest.
