Below are the names and faces of five of the North West’s most wanted fugitives who are currently evading capture.
The National Crime Agency is asking people to contact them with information about any of the suspects.

1. Kevin Thomas Parle
Kevin Thomas Parle is wanted in connection with two murders in Liverpool, 16-year-old Liam Kelly in 2004 and Lucy Hargreaves in 2005.
2. John James Jones
John James Jones, 31, from Aughton, is wanted by the NCA in connection with a double stabbing in Ormskirk. Jones fled the UK after the incident and could now be in Spain.
3. Dean Garforth
Garforth is allegedly involved in a well-established Organised Crime Group supplying significant quantities of cocaine and cannabis. He is involved in trading firearms and ammunition. The 29-year-old is wanted in connection with a Cheshire Police investigation prompted by the downfall of the communications network EncroChat.
4. Mark Francis Roberts
Wanted for Grievous Bodily Harm and attempted robbery of a man’s £60,000 watch in 2016. Acting with an accomplice, Roberts attempted to steal the man’s £60,000 Richard Mille watch threatening him with a knife. When the victim refused to hand it over, the pair stabbed him multiple times, leaving him with a collapsed lung and needing treatment in intensive care.
